  • Capturing of all revenue sheets for various contracts
  • Capturing of POD's
  • Capturing of recoveries
  • Capturing of diesel
  • Reconciliation of recoveries
  • Submission of recoveries accurately as per process
  • Completion of driver recons and balancing these recons
  • Submission of driver recons to Finance Department
  • Scanning of POD's and submission timorously as per process
  • Capturing and completion of diesel sheet daily
  • Completion of upliftment sheet daily
  • Ensuring that all documentation is completed and prepared for month-end processes
  • Ensuring that stationary stock is controlled and replenished
  • Ensuring that the office groceries is replenished
  • General administration
  • Adherence to reasonable instruction from Management
  • Weekly driver file checks

Candidate Requirements: Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification in administration would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience as administrator in logistics
  • Computer Literacy
  • Knowledge and experience in data capturing, spreadsheets
  • Outstanding communicator and interpersonal abilities
  • Deadline driven individual
  • Own transport
  • Valid driver's license
  • No criminal record
