There is a vacancy for a Receptionist /Office Administrator Bordeaux Randburg. Applicants must have good administrative skills, communicate well in English and be able to work under pressure. Must have a caring style, good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with the elderly. The incumbent will be responsible for: All reception duties Promoting and directing all enquiries Managing, monitoring and responding to web page and social media enquiries and following up Administration for Head Office managers as required Compiling and distribution of minutes of meetings. Collecting and collating statistics Arranging and preparing for meetings and training Controlling stock Office Welfare Diary management for Head Office managers Assist with the MHA database as required Must have own reliable transport and drivers license. Must be computer literate and have general administration experience as well as Customer Service experience.
