Executive Support Assist the CEO and Executives with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments. Complete credit card expense reports and claims. Draft reports, letters, and proposals; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication. Plan/organize and schedule events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners. Support the business leader with external commitments. Travel and accommodation bookings. Any other ad hoc requests. Board Support and Liaison Serve as the Head’s administrative liaison to the various Executives, Business Units Head and manage Board activities, which include: Coordinating quarterly Board meetings. Compiling and distributing Board meeting packs. Schedule and attend EXCO meetings. Assist in preparing the agenda of EXCO meetings. Prepare minutes of these meetings, distribute them timeously and follow up on assigned action items. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Matric is an essential requirement Business related post matric qualification is preferred. Work Experience Minimum Requirements: At least 5 to 7 years short term insurance in the following fields Reservation Management Secretarial Support Administration Between 3 - 5 Years
