Our team of professionals conducts comprehensive market analysis and due diligence to ensure that every acquisition aligns with our stringent investment criteria. Responsibilities : Assist in preparing arrears report Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the office manager or senior management. Collaborate with the Head of Maintenance or teams to ensure successful project implementation. Supervise and coordinate team activities. Support in developing and implementing strategies. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation. Handle escalated issues and provide resolutions. Contribute to improving operational efficiency. Ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant areas Encourage all staff to share ideas and progress on service improvement, and ensure regular communication with staff on progress Proactively manage occupancy, and develop strategies to increase occupancy level and reduce rental arrears Attend to Housing Tribunal mediation/ Arbitration or CCMA when disputes with tenants or employees occur. Delegate to team members where appropriate and review such delegation at appropriate intervals to ensure effectiveness Review and develop policies and procedures Identify staff training needs and support their development. Carry out regular supervision, inductions, and annual appraisals. Conduct recruitment Interviews and provide leadership to trainees. Conduct staff meetings, liaise with appropriate agencies and participate in external meetings as required. Recommend effective internal controls and quality management. Qualifications& Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification Previous experience in a Managerial role, preferably in a property investment or real estate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and adapt. Strong leadership Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to respond professionally, flexibly, calmly, and quickly in a crisis Market Related Apply Now
