As the successful incumbent, you will ideally have extensive experience within Financial Services Industry in offshore investment products, Unit Trusts, Linked Investment Service Products or related industry. You will be responsible for building relationships with independent and corporate brokers and PFA advisers. Responsible for maintaining & growing new adviser base. Where possible, grows the share of wallet with each adviser. Responsible for retention of existing business. Manages all contracted adviser deliveries. Manages adviser relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Service Delivery Manages all contracted adviser deliveries. Manages Adviser & internal stakeholder relationships. Personal Effectiveness Build relationships & apply interpersonal professional skills. Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality over periods of 3 months to 1 year. Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills. Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results. Accepts and lives the company values. Sales / Productivity Responsible for maintaining the existing and growing a new adviser client base. Grow the business. Responsible for retention of exiting business. Promoting and marketing the OMI product offering and value proposition to advisers and internal OM channels. Ensuring the OMI product offering is the advisers first choice when considering investing their clients' money offshore. Have a good knowledge of offshore funds (internal & external) and be able to market these to advisers with intellectual dialogue. Have knowledge of offshore structures, offshore trusts and the like. Manage OMI effectively in the region with all relevant role players. Act professionally.
