Our client in the Oil & Gas Industry George is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team.Â

The perfect candidate would have experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically with fuel.Â

Requirements:

• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• Problem solving ability and strong negotiating skillsÂ
• Team player
• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas Industry would be beneficialÂ
• Computer literate (MS Office & Pastel)Â
• Communication & People skills
• The ability to work independently and under pressure
• 3 -5 years prior experience in sales

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing leads and converting to closed sales dealsÂ
• Quoting for business opportunitiesÂ
• Forming a dynamic business relationship with existing as well as new customers
• Maintain a regular call cycle with clientsÂ
• Acquire new customers and new business
• Meeting client deadlinesÂ
• Compiling and submission of reports according to the pre-determined deadlines/datesÂ
• Meet and exceed sales targetsÂ
• Demonstration of products and equipmentÂ
• Positive response from clients on customer satisfaction survey
• Maintain sound administration practices i.e. reports etc.

About you:

• Dynamic and self-motivatedÂ
• Use own initiative to generate new clientsÂ
• Ability to create new opportunitiesÂ
• Possess a valid unendorsed driver’s license
• Confident and good communicatorÂ
• Be able to work in a highly pressurized environmentÂ
