Activate and maintain online trading accounts Offer excellent customer service to clients Cross selling Deal with OTC products // JSE equities, derivatives Educate clients on how to trade and invest Verification on client details Resolve client queries in a timeous manner Obtain FICA documentation Must have: Matric 3 - 5 years' client service experience within a broker space Available immediately to work on a contract till 2023 FAIS qualifications or busy with studies Any form of tertiary qualification Knowledgeable of FICA Acts and broker business Regulatory knowledge of JSE Equities, SAFEX, OTC products, cover calls
