Reference: NPr000630-EHo-1An import and export leader seeks an experienced Operations Financial Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will be based at their warehouse in the Helderberg region of Cape Town. Job & Company Description:The successful candidate will be self-disciplined and will be performing the link between finance and operations. This role will report to the Group Financial Director.Duties include, but are not limited to: Compliance with group finance objectives and translating into operational business processes Action plans for financial and risk management and ensure strategic alignment Analyse financial performance and provide solutions for improvements and project analysis requests Interpret financial data, adjust forecasts, align critical drivers and reporting Financial modeling Monthly management packs Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Revenue calculations, cash flow forecasting and CAPEX budgets Review internal controls Manage a team Education: BCom degree in Management Accounting or Financial Management Beneficial: CIMA / SAIPA qualified Job Experience & Skills Required: Completed SAIPA or CIMA articles 5 to 7 years' experience in an operational finance role Manufacturing / FMCG / Import and Export industry experience essential Management experience essential Advanced Microsoft Excel Strong financial modelling skills Strong organizational skills Business and financial acumen Meticulous attention to detail Able to analyse statistical information and interpret financial data to produce reports Good oral and written communication skills Apply analytical and creative thinking APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
