Operations Co-Ordinator - Consulting Services

The Operations Managers job is to help to coordinate the activities of all the departments and service areas within the company, in order to make sure that the company is performing to its best potential, both internally and to its customers. This will be achieved by taking responsibility for those daily operations of the organization that will improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Senior Management to achieve overall business targets;
  • Participate in the development of Business Unit Business Plans, and Customer Solutions on an ongoing basis;
  • Develop and maintain the Human Capital Development & Skills Development Plan for the company on an ongoing basis;
  • Responsible for the proactive identification and acquisition and/or development of specific skills, including SAP-specific certifications and accreditations, that the business requires on an ongoing basis;
  • Participate in interviewing, recruiting and training candidates for specific customer assignments or projects;
  • Manage the relationships between The Company and its Strategic Partners, including OEMs, Suppliers and Subcontractors;
  • Primary Responsible for developing or updating best practices and standard operating procedures for all business operational activities;
  • Support the Service Delivery teams by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner;
  • Plan for and Participate in regular employee performance appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review, and provide performance feedback to staff;
  • Build an internal Project Management Organization (PMO) to assist the delivery teams across multiple clients. This PMO will support the Service Delivery Teams with capacity from time to time, including during Project Mobilizations and Transition Management.

  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities;
  • Primary responsibility for the development and maintenance of Knowledge Management Systems for the Company, including internal IT Systems;

Managing the Companys Intellectual Property on an on-going basis;
