Req ID [[66770]] [[Johannesburg, South AFrica]] Your main tasks as a Regional Operations Excellence Manager: Responsible for deployment of Operations Excellence standards and benchmark processes to IMEA regions enable the business to excel in customer satisfaction at best possible cost levels. Own cross-functional projects within Operations and embed into the region when mature. Provides transparency and continuous information flow regarding regional landscape, trends and bottlenecks. Ensures appropriate resources and infrastructure are in place in the locations to deliver results. Initiates corrective action and escalation where required to the relevant domain function lead or business line lead and drives resolution. Drives an effective local joined-up response and organization in support of digitalization, warehousing and logistics optimization projects.
