- Manage entire finance department
- Manage teams of employees in various departments - ALL levels
- Company training in all departments
- Fixed Assets additions and disposals and depreciation
- Manage and process full HR and Payroll
- FOREX trading and hedging - buying and selling
- All company insurance requirements
- Sales reports
- Budget compile and submit to Auditors
- Expense management on a monthly basis
- Monthly Analytical Reporting
- Manage all Imports and Exports
- Manage and responsible for company stock
- Company policies and procedures
- Monthly management accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Cash Books - multiple
- Cash Flow - local and foreign cashflows
- Stock Take assistance
- Assist Auditors with year end
