Operations Manager - Silverton
Job overview: Manage overall operations at various factories/branches and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures according to strategic and operational goals. This position will require you to travel between branches (Pretoria-mainly, Polokwane/Mokopane and Louis Trichardt) – Company car when travelling to branches. Working hours: 45 hours per week Minimum requirements: · 5 years’ operational management experience, managing medium size teams. · Experience in manufacturing and distribution will be beneficial. · Machine maintenance experience will be advantageous. · Grade 12, with English and Mathematics. · Any Technical related certificates or diplomas would be advantageous. · Management / 1st line leadership certificates will be beneficial. · Advanced computer and technology skills (Office, google drive, Advanced Excel, ERP System experience would be highly advantage) Duties will include, but are not limited to: · Strategic Management · Operational Management · People Management · Financial Management · Compliance (Health and Safety, policies and procedures) · Customer Relations · Business Growth Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
