This sustainable and high quality red meat abattoir is seeking an innovative and driven Operations Manager. Duties and Requirements: Matric with relevant tertiary qualification. Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience in a senior management level position in a similar environment. Excellent leadership and problem solving abilities. Manage and oversee all operations in the Feedlot, Abattoir, Deboning, Processing and Portioning, Dispatching, Wholesale and other related departments. Implement and develop all related strategies and performance plans Mange and control all expenditure and budgets Oversee all maintenance, HR, SHEQ, staff management and related duties and responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager
