Department and sub department: FNB Commercial Merchant Services Operations: Supply Chain Are you someone who can: (responsibilities) Manage FNB MS Speedpoint & Assets Estate: 20 device variants - R1.5B worth of assets 202 000 Devices at Merchants 140 000 Devices at vendors Liaison with 4 Merchant Servicing vendors (Gijima, Tradelink, BCX, Stowe). Forecasting and purchasing of stock to maintain minimum stock levels. Management and preparation of Speedpoint stock for vendors FNB Warehouse (- 5500 monthly). Performing quarterly stock audits at vendors. Billing of vendors for unaccounted stock. Management and reconciliation of MS ADB. Identification and location of stock. Exception resolution (- 7844 monthly). Management of repair processes and scrapping of stock. Maintaining KIF Certification & POS PCI PTS. Maintaining P2PE Certification for TFG. Work on Merchant services systems like the Assets Database. Work under pressure. Focus on quality and attention to detail. People's person and work well in a team. Managing approximately 11 personnel including the Warehouse Manager. Live and breathe the First Rand Promises and help drive our MS culture. You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following qualifications/experience. Strong People skills. Minimum of Grade 12 with Mathematics - passed. 3 - 5 years of experience in Merchant Services. Knowledge of Merchant Services business model. Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook etc). Undergraduate degree preferable.
