As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the business. You will play a key role in managing resources, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Duties Include: Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, including supervisors, technicians, and administrative personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee the allocation of resources, including fleet, machinery, equipment, and personnel, to meet client demands and project requirements. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to keep machinery in optimal condition and minimize breakdowns. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the service offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Solid understanding of maintenance practices, quality assurance processes, and safety regulations. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
