Operations Manager - Durban
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- Budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Familiar with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Manage the production board.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Manage and control the repairs and maintenance of the premises.
- Purchase materials for repairs and maintenance of the business premises.
- Manage, control and purchase tools required for production.
- Oversee workshop staff and handle staff related queries.
- Assist the organisations processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Manage Security Officers.
- Manage the companys fleet of vehicles.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
