We're accepting applications for the position of App Operations Manager (Payments Platform). As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of crucial operational functions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, security, and customer satisfaction. This will include managing audit findings, fraud operations, AML operations, front line operations, support queries, refunds management, reconciliations, incident management and the management of operational issues. Reviewing and addressing audit findings promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Developing and implementing corrective action plans to mitigate risks identified during audits Leading the fraud operations team in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities on the platform Developing and enhancing fraud detection algorithms and tools to stay ahead of emerging threats Overseeing AML compliance efforts, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting Staying abreast of evolving AML regulations and implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance Providing indirect monthly management and supervision of the front-line customer servicing team to ensure SLAs while optimizing OPEX and CAPEX costs pertaining to support resources Providing expert support to address escalated customer queries and issues beyond the capacity of front-line support teams Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently Developing and maintaining refund policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of refund requests Analyzing refund trends and implementing measures to minimize refund-related risks Overseeing reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions Investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain data integrity Developing and implementing incident response protocols to effectively manage operational disruptions, security breaches, and other incidents Co-ordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to minimize the impact of incidents on the platform Addressing ad-hoc operational issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration Implementing preventive measures to mitigate the recurrence of operational issues Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Advanced Degree or Professional Certification (CAMS for AML) is a plus Proven experience of 10 years in operations management, preferably in the technology or financial services industry Apply Now
