Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their company. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Duty Manager and Operations Manager position. Polite, friendly person with a strong personality who can think on their feet. Well-spoken and well-presented individual Matric Computer literate Experience with Opera and Micros Formal Hospitality degree/diploma Responsibilities Management of the operational areas in such a manner that customer satisfaction is achieved Assist with queries and guest complaints - management on duty Effective Management of all staff Create and Maintain relationships with guests Responsible for the management of the entire establishment in the absence of the GM Salary: R30 000 to R40 000 (Neg - depending on experience) Live-In with 3 meals a day included
