We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team You'll be responsible for optimizing company processes, ensuring smooth operations, and keeping us on track for success. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll collaborate closely with both company management and our subsidiaries. Project management expertise and a strong assertive nature are essential for driving results. Duties and responsibilities Strategic planning and budgeting Ensure operational excellence of UCW services Management of monthly operational processes Responsible to drive risk, incident and compliance management updates, including classification of information and the record retention and disposal processes in line with the Group Policies Drive annual client/provider/partner fee increase negotiations and ensure contract renewals, NDAs and annual annexures Support MD with the management of information security, classification of information and the record retention and disposal processes related to POPIA Manage and control the compilation and annual review of client surveys, training guides and SOPs and Business Continuity Plan Support Managing Director in scheduling of Internal Audits as per agreed timelines with Internal Audit Manager Project management: Successful take-on of new clients Planning, driving, communication and tracking of operational projects managed by UCW Responsible for UCW annual year-end project: facilitate and manage system updates, control and review of marketing collateral and websites Manage and coordinate client satisfaction and retention surveys Act as product owner for allocated services and responsible for meetings, reporting and support MD with increase negotiations Responsible for annual product development: benchmarking, proposals for restructuring of products and implementation of new benefits Data analysis and compilation of monthly operations report and quarterly client reports Equip and empower Sales and New Business to sell UCW services Coordination and implementation of training presentations Management and co-ordination of tasks for Operations Assistant Experience and qualifications required Qualification in Operations Management and/or Administration would be an advantage. A minimum of three years' experience in operations and administration is a requirement. Experience in the health and wellness industry would be an advantage.
