Operations Supervisor - Wetton, Cape Town Salary R13,650.87 CTC BBBEE
A dispense and refrigeration service provider is looking for a Refrigeration Supervisor.
The Refrigeration Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the storage, distribution,
inventory management, administration, and records maintenance of Fridges in a warehouse.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervise day-to-day operations in the warehouse and refrigeration admin team.
Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
Supervise RM calls done by administrators.
Supervise weekly/monthly closure of job cards done by administrators.
Supervise the movement, distribution and storage of Fridges.
Control the flow of incoming Fridges and outgoing Fridges to ensure customers receives the Fridges on time.
Prepare worker schedules and ensure warehousing and distribution employees follow
safety rules.
Keep records of quality and quantity stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Actively participates in all continuous improvement activities in operations.
Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows.
Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to
ensure accuracy.
Ensure stocks are in correct locations.
Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent stock shortages.
Establish and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and all suppliers.

Minimum Requirements
Matric
Operations Management qualification
Administration certificate (advantageous)
Computer literacy
Customer service experience
Warehouse and operations experience.
