Job Summary: To develop, implement and maintain effective and efficient single note inspection adaptations in order to sort and supply quality products that meets customer expectations and identify opportunities of adaptation improvements and make decisions on adaptations improvement. Main Responsibilities (not limited to): • Develop, implement and maintain an effective adaptation, ensure that Single Note Inspection (SNI) systems always meet customer requirements. • Ensure that all quality operational procedures, best practices standards and change control processes are adhered to and keep detailed adaptation records. • Monitor the adaptation, quality output on a continuous basis and make necessary adjustments to the system. • Ensure that the SNI systems are effectively calibrated, cleaned and autonomous maintenance is conducted. • Analyse and interpret statistical data to improve adaptations, identify improvements opportunities for adaptation and implement changes compliant to quality requirements. • Use problem solving techniques to conduct Root cause analysis for all quality issues related to single Note inspection. • Conduct repeatability and reproducibility (alignment) within and between SNI systems, identify and manage SNI systems operational deviations that may pose the risk to anticipated adaptation or banknote quality output. • Support production on troubleshooting during machine malfunction and other anomalies. • Ensure that all Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) and Quality regulations and standards are adhered to in line with the legal requirements. The Preferred Candidate is likely to have: • Grade 12 with Maths and Science • Higher Certificate in Information Systems Data Analytics or equivalent • Certification on Advanced OBIS/Nota Master Image, Lean Six Sigma-Yellow Belt, Total Quality Management (TQM) will be an added advantage. • 3-5 years' experience in inspection related field and adaptations management role within the manufacturing environment. Knowledge and Skills: • SHEQ policies • Quality control • ISO standards • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) • Production process • Interpersonal Skills. • Communication (verbal and written) skills.
