Oracle developer - - Durban

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Oracle databases based on project requirements.

- Implement efficient and secure data storage solutions.

- Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate databases with applications.

- Develop and maintain database documentation and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Proven experience as an Oracle Developer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle database technologies, including PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle forms.

- Proficiency in database design, normalization, and performance tuning.

- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud services is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
