Our client in the agriculture industry is currently looking to employ a PA / General Office Administrator based in Port Elizabeth. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: Basic organising, email, and phone call experience. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and time management skills. Grade 12 (Matric). Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: PA to our national Sales Manager. Give quotes reference numbers and save in monthly folder. Booking flights, vehicles and accommodation. Arrange for Tracker units to be fitted/moved to new vehicles, book vehicles for services when due. Vehicle licencing – online. Complete insurance claim paperwork. Purchase corporate clothing and arrange embroidery. Maintain Health and Safety file together with Labournet (Labournet does most of the work, the rest is just admin). Arrange security company if repairs need to be made to alarm. Order company stationery e.g. job books. Assist with arrangements for conferences and golf days.
