PACK LINE MANAGER Piketberg Our client is an internationally recognised grower, packer and exporter of citrus and grapes. The various farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape. RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of the packing management team, the pack line manager will oversee a shift with the following responsibilities: Packaging planning and scheduling. Ensuring optimal pack-out percentages. Quality control and food safety. Team building, motivation, and management. Time and production management. REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12, with a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. B.Agric / B Tech process engineering/ Food technology or technical qualification) 5 years’ experience in a similar role Computer literacy Willing to work irregular / night shift and long hours.
