TYPE OF EMPLOYEMNT: Temp Staff ( As and when required)Area: Midrand/ RandburgStart date: ImmediatelyScope of work:Packer responsibilities include:Packing, weighing, and labeling completed items for shipment or storageFollowing all company guidelines regarding packagingHandling inventory with care and attention to detailsJob briefWe are looking for a Packer to join our team to ensure products are shipped quickly and safely.Packers must also be able to seal each container, use hand tools and adhesives to protect the package from harm during transportation and observe all company safety standards.Ultimately, you will work in a fast-paced environment, and you will be responsible for the wellbeing and accuracy of items shipped to our customers.ResponsibilitiesPack, weigh and label completed items for shipment or storageFollow all company guidelines regarding packaging to ensure items arrive at their destinationIdentify and dispose of defective items before they are shipped to customersProperly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etcKeep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouseRequirements and skillsProven work experience as a Packer or similar roleExperience in manufacturing or related field is preferredBasic shop skills, such as using hand toolsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsStrong communication skills and desire to work with other team membersHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredSend cv via whatsapp 0812651578
