MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Previous experience in a pack house or similar role in the fruit industry.
- Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and Global GAP accreditation
- Experience with PPECB standards
- Must be physically fit and healthy
- Computer literate
- Administrative and management experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- People management experience
- Setting and achieving company targets and goals
- Leader in given area and team player in company setting
- Good communication skills with regard to management and co-workers
- Anticipate and discuss challenges
- Attuned to productivity with utilization of equipment and personnel
- Fine control over personnel and stock in and out
- Implementation and control of flow management systems
- Self motivated
- Must have work pride
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
