Our client is seeking a Export Customer Service Liaison to join the Port Elizabeth team · Provide support to the commercial team for requests from 3rd party export customers· Resolve customer concerns related to shipments· Assist the team in collecting and providing information on updates of actual loadings and container arrivals· Provide customers with copies of packing lists· Provide visibility reports to certain logistics operators· Preparation of consignee sheet information· Inform customers about the state of export documentation · Grade 12· Relevant University Degree· Minimum 1 year experience preferably within the FMCG / Agriculture export industry· Proficient in MS Office· Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Liezel Harrington Apply Now
