Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Packing Manager. As the Packing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the packing operations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of the packing operations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements related to packaging Implement and maintain packing procedures and standards to ensure product quality and integrity Optimize packing processes to improve efficiency and productivity Manage and allocate resources to meet production schedules and customer demands Train and develop packing staff on packing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate packaging activities with production, quality control, and logistics departments Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels for packaging materials and supplies Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Engineering Minimum of 5 years' experience in a packing management role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry Thorough understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements for packaging pharmaceutical products Strong knowledge of packing processes and equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively train and develop a team Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational targets Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
