Magnetic Creative is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid media strategies that effectively reach and engage target audiences in the consumer goods industry, delivering success to our clients This role requires a deep understanding of Paid Media tactics and channels and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. Role Requirements:Strategy & Implementation: Strategic approach to creation, ownership and execution of paid media plans to achieve client KPIs. Ability to concisely convey ad performance and strategy changes to client. Analytics & Reporting: High level of data analysis to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights. Prepare recommendations to strategy department & clients based on the insights revealed through execution/optimization to re-adjust future plans. Budget Management: Showcases ability to successfully manage client budgets across multiple platforms. Provides budget recommendations based on client needs and reports on budgetary changes weekly. Team Collaboration: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure target audience and creative briefs align with the brand DNA. Ability to work across teams so that campaigns are successfully planned, executed, and optimized Strong leadership skills: Experience in team management and mentoring junior members Ability to confidently lead client sessions and workshops Channel Landscape : Stay informed about changes to advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, etc and adapt to maintain compliance and maximize client results. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in paid media. Effective Communication : Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and team members. Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Flexible: Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities in an agile and fast-paced environment across the US and SA offices. Criteria: 5 - 8 years agency experience in a Paid Media Role working across multiple clients Proven track record of campaign success in the CPG industry Relevant certifications (Google, Meta) Experience mentoring junior team members and leading a small team Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to forecast trends and implement best practices. Bonus Points: Experience with programmatic advertising. Experience on International Accounts Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
