Paid Media Specialist - Johannesburg

An Advertising Consultancy operating in the Communication, Retail, IT and Financial sectors. We offer services in Strategic Consulting, M&A, Business Intelligence, IoT & SaaS. We are located in Bedfordview, JHB.
What are we looking for:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Media Specialist.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for media planning, communication, marketing, new media, and research campaigns. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring paid media strategies on various channels, managing budgets and campaigns, creating reports and analysing results.
What you must have:
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
- Media Planning, Marketing and New Media skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in conducting research and analysing data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Google Analytics, AdWords and other advertising platforms
- Minimum Qualification: Google and/or Facebook qualifications and must be valid
- Preference to candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications
