Join our dynamic marketing team in Cape Town as an enthusiastic Paid Media Specialist This position is ideal for graduates eager to develop expertise in digital advertising and media buying. You will work to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Develop and execution of paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales. • Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital advertising channels. • Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign results. • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that ads are engaging and aligned with our brand's message and aesthetic. • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices in paid media. • Manage budgets and track spending to ensure campaigns stay on target with financial allocations. • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to senior management and team members. • Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, especially in paid media. • Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making. • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proficient in Excel and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Passionate about digital marketing • Hands-on experience with a variety of advertising platforms and tools. • Opportunity for professional growth and development in digital marketing. • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
