Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid social media strategies across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximise campaign performance and ROI. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise ongoing efforts. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media channels, such as TikTok, to explore new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and objectives. Requirements: Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns, with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Familiarity with TikTok and a strong interest in exploring and leveraging its potential for marketing purposes. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
