Job Description To carry out all paintwork within the confines of the hotel or furniture, equipment, walls, floors, or any other items as directed. To perform minor repairs to wall plaster and renderings, cracks, etc. required in preparation for the paint job. To perform paintwork on interior and exterior building walls. To assist the carpenter in the preparation of furniture for polishing work and the execution of such work. To assist in the preparation of decorations for functions. To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times. To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work. To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas. To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub sections of the Engineering Department. To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor and the Assistant Director of Engineering.
