Komatsu New Vaal Branch is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter in the construction industry, that can assist with the warehouse function. The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics and 1 year of supervisory experience and have a strong interpersonal communication ability. Having working experience with parts would be an advantage. Executes parts sales Provides advice to the customer Reports customer issues/problems Executes the parts ordering process Administrates the introduction of new parts into the system Follows up on emergency and backorders Generates Parts Inventory Availability Reports Generates backorder report Executes Parts Returns from customer Prints credit note reports for review by management Plans stock counts in conjunction with management Executes and participates in stock counts Prints stock reports on variances, write-offs/write-ups for review by management Executes general office administration QUALIFICATION: Matric (NQF Level 4) 2-3 Year Diploma EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of parts experience 1 year of supervisory experience SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Valid driver’s license SAP experience will be an added advantage
