If so, then we are looking for you The purpose of the role : To promote Parts Sales to existing and new customers. Ensure the company's Safe Work, and ISO related Procedures are maintained. Maintain quality standards at your area of responsibility. Update Wave KPI (monthly). Assist warehouse team pick parts to support customer demand. Provide quick and efficient service to obtain maximum sales and customer satisfaction. Respond to any queries and give information the customer needs and provide them with a resolution effectively. Respond to new customer or cash sale customer with RFI check sheet completion (Serial number, and location of the product) Communicate effectively with customers regarding any relevant policies and procedures which may be beneficial to them. Follow up on all quotes not converted to sales to understand why it was not converted to a sale. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs. Relate this to planning inventory levels with Inventory Manager. Follow up on backorders with the relevant team member to ensure customer receives firm ETA dates. Ensure the monthly sales targets are met. Grade 12 Certificate/Diploma in busines administration/logistics or related (advantageous) At least 3 years' experience in a similar role Time management and ability to meet deadlines Verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Problem-solving and decision making Proactivity and self-direction Interpersonal skills MS Office (Intermediate to advance level) Market related
