We are a leading global provider of financial technology and risk management solutions, dedicated to helping organisations navigate the complexities of managing their multinational treasury functionality. Key responsibilities: Implement and configure payment modules for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their ERP systems Manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment Collaborate with clients to understand their payment processes and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs Provide training and support to clients on the use of payment modules, ensuring they are able to maximize the benefits of the system Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure successful project delivery Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the product development team to help shape the future direction of payment modules Requirements: Degree in finance, accounting, computer science, industrial engineering or a related field At least 2 years of experience in payment implementations within an ERP / TMS system Solid understanding of financial risk management, including cash management, payments, and foreign exchange Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with project management methodologies and tools Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in South Africa Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team of professionals Exposure to cutting-edge financial risk management technology Opportunity for career growth and development within a global organization Please note that this role is fully ON-SITE
