Payroll Administrator, East London - East London
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 with payroll certificate preferably Sage 300
At least 3 years relevant experience in payroll of a production / assembly plant, in the automotive sector
Practical experience in running the full payroll of at least 500 employees
Good command of English and sound computer literacy on MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The
successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
Input of hours and data on a weekly basis for ELO plant
Print and issue payslips
Weekly and/or Monthly GL and Reports to Finance
SARS reconciliations twice a year
Print and issue IRP5s once a year
Administer new appointments and resignations
Responsible for the administration of employee benefits
Send application forms to medical aid and Pension fund for new appointments
Send withdrawal forms on resignation
Input new employees on the time management system.
Import hours into People 300 Sage on a weekly basis.
Monthly overview of hours worked to management.
Monthly absenteeism report to management
Maintain employee files and ensure that all legal required documents are available.
Attend to payroll related queries.
Provident fund recons (MIBCO)
Salary: R20 000.00 - R25 000.0.0 per month
