Leading Logistics Company in the East of Johannesburg is looking for a Payroll Administrator with NBCRFLI experience. National Diploma or Higher for Payroll Administration Minimum of five years working experience with large payroll (500 employees) Must have solid working knowledge of SAGE VIP Payroll/Sage 300 Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation) Statutory returns (EMP201, EMP501 & Tax Directives) preparation and submission Working knowledge of SARS E-filing and SARS Easy File Mandatory working knowledge of Bargaining Council Recon and Submission Working knowledge of Liberty Provident Fund Recon and Submission or similar provident funds Must be enthusiastic, presentable, disciplined and punctual Self-motivated, team worker and a self-starter High accuracy levels and methodical Strong admin skills / Attention to detail / Ability to organize Analytical thinker Inspire confidence with shared services team members and colleagues Fast thinker with problem solving capabilities Must be able to show initiative Must be able to work in a deadline-driven, pressurized environment Confidentiality Demonstrates exemplary customer service and excellent verbal, written, leadership, and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills – English written & verbal Assertive and flexible Ambitious and energetic Clear Credit and Criminal records Prepared to work after hours and weekends if required Own transport Desired Skills: Sage 300 NBCRFLI Payroll Payroll Administrator National Barganing Council Employer & Job Benefits: Pension Fund w
