The role will fulfill the full payroll processing function including but not limited to monthly pay runs, monthly/ annual returns/ reconciliations/ reporting. Completion of the monthly full payroll calculations Processing salary bank payments Ensuring accurate approval of all employee payroll information and changes. Printing and distribution of payslips Preparation and submission of all monthly and annual returns Resolving queries and ensuring on going compliance. Filing of all payroll documents Processing all monthly payroll accounting Monthly reconciliation of GL Payroll Control accounts Coordination with Sage systems teams for the implementation of all payroll setup requirements Facilitating and coordinating payroll audit requirements. Any adhoc punctual/specific tasks related to payroll. BCom Degree Minimum 5 years in a full payroll function Excellent Excel skills Payroll in a mining DRC environment would be advantageous Sage (People 300) experience would be advantageous Must be fluent in English and French You will have advanced skills and knowledge in: Advanced excel Personal Competencies should include: Perfectly bilingual French and English Attention to detail and efficiency in accuracy. Honesty and absolute discretion in terms of confidential information. Able to work independently with routine duties. A team player who is highly adaptive.
