Payroll Clerk (open to race and gender) Area: Honeydew, Roodepoort Package: R15000 plus medical Aid, provident fund, 13 th cheque Duties: Assist with weekly and monthly payroll for multiple companies Duties: Assist with weekly and monthly payroll for multiple companies Payroll Administration and data entry (Sage 300 People) Submitting monthly provident fund documents Maintain confidential payroll records and employee files Maintain and oversee permits and passports for foreign nationals within the organisation Assist processing of new employees, changes, transfers and terminations Drafting monthly reports General administration duties Qualifications, skills and experience Matric and relevant payroll qualification Sage 300 People experience will be beneficial Good MS Excel and MS Word skills non negotiable Experience of Provident fund documentation and UI19 documentation Problem solving and negotiation skills Deadline driven Valid Drivers Licence Package: R15000 plus medical Aid, provident fund, 13 th cheque
