Job description:
  • Complete and maintain necessary returns and U19 documentation.
  • Manage a payroll run of over 2 000 headcounts, including Transfers, LRA, BCEA, retrenchments, severances, and related calculations,
  • Update banking details changes for employees when needed.
  • Calculate working hours, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure precise employee data is captured accurately and make changes when needed.
  • Prepare provisional reports for monthly payrolls and third-party reports such as EMP 201 and Garnishees as needed.
  • Manage a team of 5 payroll administrators.
