Duties: Manage Entire Payroll Function- Implement, maintain and review payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions including salaries, statutory deductions, benefits, garnishments and other deductions i.e. loans, AODs, etc.
- Reconcile benefits to monthly schedules/invoices received
- (Discovery & Vitality, GAP, Nedbank Medical Savings, Momentum, Stratfin)
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
- Facilitate HR/Payroll Audits
- Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems and procedures
- Submit monthly statutory reports (EMP201 & UIF declarations)
Requirements:- Matric
- Finance Diploma
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Must have management experience
- Sage VIP People experience
- ESS experience
· Submit bi-annual tax submissions (February and August)
· Submit STATSSA
