Qualifications: · Grade 12 · Relevant degree or diploma Experience: 5 years’ experience in a payroll (preferably from retail or managing multiple payrolls simultaneously ) 3 years’ experience in a Mmnagement payroll position 3 years’ VIP Sage experience Payspace experience advantageous Proficient in Excel Good reporting skills Good understanding of South African and other African Labour law practices Experience with payrolls in various currencies advantageous Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of remuneration and other best practices Advanced knowledge of financial legislation (BCEA, LRA, BBBEE, UIF, and COIDA). Good business acumen Advanced knowledge of organisational development principles.
