My client is in the construction sector and is currently looking for a Payroll Specialist that will join the finance team as soon as possible.

As a Payroll Specialist you will responsible for the following:

Managing salary and wages payroll, including updating salary changes
Processing payroll for both onshore and offshore employees
Ensuring compliance with various reporting requirements
Reconciling payments, managing third-party reconciliations
Preparing reports for internal and external use, and maintaining accurate employee and payroll records in VIP
Assisting with tax and HR-related submissions and reports
Ensuring compliance with changes in laws, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies
Collaboration with finance, HR, and other teams is essential to ensure a seamless flow of information and to support the overall payroll process
Additionally, staying current with payroll software and technology, supporting process improvements, and maintaining organized payroll documentation are critical for efficiency and compliance

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Payroll qualification
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
Sage VIP advanced would be preferred
