Payroll Specialist that will join the finance team as soon as possible.
As a
Payroll Specialist you will responsible for the following:
- Managing salary and wages payroll, including updating salary changes
- Processing payroll for both onshore and offshore employees
- Ensuring compliance with various reporting requirements
- Reconciling payments, managing third-party reconciliations
- Preparing reports for internal and external use, and maintaining accurate employee and payroll records in VIP
- Assisting with tax and HR-related submissions and reports
- Ensuring compliance with changes in laws, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies
- Collaboration with finance, HR, and other teams is essential to ensure a seamless flow of information and to support the overall payroll process
- Additionally, staying current with payroll software and technology, supporting process improvements, and maintaining organized payroll documentation are critical for efficiency and compliance
Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Payroll qualification
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
Sage VIP advanced would be preferred
