Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and product support? Join our team as a Product and Marketing Support Advisor at Pentravel. As a Product and Marketing Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the product and marketing teams in the implementation and support of various marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing activities, loading product onto our website, working closely with our marketing partners to ensure we remain competitive within the industry, and providing support to all Pentravel Consultants. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items Support the marketing team in conducting market research and analysis Provide product support and advice to all Pentravel Consultants Ensure we are competitive across all marketing materials and campaigns Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives Requirements Requirements: Previous experience in a marketing or product support role (preferably within the Travel Industry) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Provident fund Death, disability and funeral cover Medical aid allowance Working in a vibrant culture-centric company Work hard, play hard mentality.
