Your Role The mission of a Pentravel travel expert is to WOW every single customer with their enthusiasm, exceptional travel knowledge and genuine care. Your day-to-day will look like this: Chatting with clients on the phone and via Live Chat to understand their travel requirements To research and scour through the millions of deals out there to find your client the BEST possible solution Delivering exceptional after sales support to your clients Fully committing yourself to being part of an amazing team Applying true grit to achieve your sales goals Requirements Our perfect fit has/is Matric 1-2 years of work experience in a sales and/or customer service role Excellent communication and grammar skills Outstanding typing skills – you will spend 80% of your day chatting to clients on-line Amazing telephone skills Exceptional organisational skills Eye for detail Analytical Efficient Curious Proactive First class work ethics Intelligent Organised Fast moving International Travel, live chat & travel consultant experience, or a qualification in travel will be advantageous Benefits No cold calling Unlimited learning & growth potential Monthly salary plus sales commission When you reach your sales goals, you get to travel Provident fund, death, disability and funeral cover Medical aid allowance Working in a vibrant culture-centric company Work hard, play hard mentality.
