An iconic establishment nestled in the historical Constantia Valley, Cape Town, has a vacancy for a Junior Sous Chef to join their culinary team. Candidates who have a post-matric hotel school qualification and at least 1 to 3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment are invited to apply for this position.Applications will only be considered from candidates who currently reside in the area (Cape Town Southern Suburbs or close proximity), or those who are already planning to relocate to the region. The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Executive Chef in providing guests with a unique dining experience.
