Personal Assistant - Cape Town Region

Our client is a small group of companies operating in the construction, specialist contracting and energy sectors based in Cape Town. They are currently looking to recruit a young, highly efficient and process-driven Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. Key Tasks: Booking Appointments & meetings in the most efficient way possible Rearranging appointments and meetings when required Doing a weekly planner and updating on a daily basis keeping the director informed at all times Typing letters, memos, emails, reports and spreadsheets Formatting documents Keeping track of urgent tasks and reminding the director at all times Booking personal holidays abroad and locally Booking business trips and visas Arranging company accommodation/ flights Going shopping when required Deal with tailoring Arranging lunches/ meals Dealing with maintenance issues, body coporates Ensuring all payments are up to date including municipal, levies, etc Ensuring that all rentals are collected monthly Attending Body Corporate meetings Minimum Requirements: Matric with bachelors pass Extremely efficient Display good work ethic Be extremely trustworthy Must be very discreet and confidential Must have valid drivers license and own vehicle Will be open to working longer hours and working weekends where required Apply Now
