Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Diploma in Office Administration / Office Management or Paralegal qualifications
  • 4+ years Personal Assistant / Secretary experience
  • Highly proficient with MS. Office
  • Minute taking skills
  • Must be available immediately or with a very short notice
Skills:
  • Need to work under immense pressure. Very fast-paced environment, and able to adhere to the tight turnaround times required.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent minute/note taking and record keeping
  • Good organisational skills (incl. coordinating travel arrangements, meetings/catering etc.)
  • Good task/schedule management skills
  • Work well with others
  • Must maintains strict confidentiality at all times
