Personal Assistant - Pretoria
Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma in Office Administration / Office Management or Paralegal qualifications
4+ years Personal Assistant / Secretary experience
Highly proficient with MS. Office
Minute taking skills
Must be available immediately or with a very short notice
Skills:
Need to work under immense pressure. Very fast-paced environment, and able to adhere to the tight turnaround times required.
Attention to detail
Excellent minute/note taking and record keeping
Good organisational skills (incl. coordinating travel arrangements, meetings/catering etc.)
Good task/schedule management skills
Work well with others
Must maintains strict confidentiality at all times
