Personal Assistant to support their General Manager. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy multitasking, and have excellent interpersonal skills, this role is for you!
Responsibilities: - Manage the General Managers calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Prepare excel reports, and various other documents with precision.
- Ensure accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to proofreading.
- Liaise with external insurance companies, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general Reception duties at times, take messages for General Manager
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Request Quotations from various Insurance companies.
- Tasks need to be completed with neatness and pride.
- Excellent interpersonal skills verbal and written (Advanced level of professionalism)
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Self-efficient
- Strong telephonic skills
Qualifications: - Minimum Matric with tertiary education highly advantageous
- Driver's License and own vehicle
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Previous experience the insurance field highly advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Package
Remuneration:
R15 000 - R20 000 Cost to Company
